"SUP Stretch" is a 40 minute yoga-like session held on a stand-up paddle board (SUP) on open water and is focused on the core to help you with balance and become a better SUP paddler.
This class requires you to be a SUP paddler and be able to self-recover after falling off a board without assistance. Also please be comfortable in all conditions, rain or shine, smooth or bumpy water, to participate.
Typical session
The start time stated is the push off time. Please arrive early to set up your board, paddle, PFD and anchor.
