"SUP Stretch" is a 40 minute yoga inspired session held on a stand-up paddle board (SUP) on open water. This week will be guest starring a substitute instructor or two while Koichi is away.
This class requires you to be a SUP paddler and be able to self-recover after falling off a board without assistance. Also please be comfortable in all conditions, rain or shine, smooth or bumpy water, to participate. This is a bicycle Sunday, so plan your route accordingly.
Typical session (very subject to change!):
The start time stated is the push off time. Please arrive early to set up your board, paddle, PFD and anchor.
