7048 Outrigger Canoe 1, 2, 6 or v12 training session - Pushes off from Lakewood Marina and is open to those on 7048 team prepping for May event or filling in as a reserve. Each session will have experienced steers and paddlers. Please RSVP to join us.

Gather at dock 15 minutes before to prep the boats and paddles for an on-time push off at the top of the hour. 
 you will need:

• dress for the weather and expect to get wet
• a PFD - you can borrow from Club Sake
• an outrigger paddle - you can borrow from Club Sake at the dock
• recommend a water bottle, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses, dry bag for personal essentials - do not leave valuables in your car
